These are the current published terms for using VarsityAlly Market. You can read them here without an account. When you register — and again whenever a new version is published — you will be asked to accept the ones that apply to you, and we keep a record of which version you accepted and when.

VARSITYALLY MARKET — CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS (v1.0) 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS By creating a customer account on VarsityAlly Market you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT - You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering. - You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. - Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. 3. ORDERS & PAYMENT - Placing an order is a commitment to pay for it. - Payments are processed by our approved payment providers; VarsityAlly never stores your card details. - Prices are set by vendors and shown at checkout, including any fees. 4. COLLECTION & DELIVERY - Collect orders within the vendor's stated collection window. - Keep your collection/handover codes private — never share them with anyone other than the vendor at handover. 5. REVIEWS & CONDUCT - Only verified purchasers may review products. - Reviews must be honest; fake or fraudulent reviews are prohibited. - Treat vendors and other users with respect. Abuse, harassment or unlawful behaviour is not tolerated. 6. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR You may not: attempt payment fraud, abuse refund or issue processes, share collection codes, submit fraudulent reviews, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. 7. REFUNDS & ISSUES Order issues are handled through the platform's issue-resolution process. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the platform's refund policy. 8. YOUR PRIVACY (POPIA) We collect only the personal information needed to operate the marketplace. You may view and update your profile, and request account closure. Legally required financial records are retained even after closure. 9. SUSPENSION Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, illegal activity or violations of these terms. Suspensions are recorded and may be appealed. 10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may publish updated versions of these terms. You may be required to accept the updated version to continue using the platform.
Vendor marketplace agreementApplies in addition to the customer terms once you open a store.Version 1.0
VARSITYALLY MARKET — VENDOR AGREEMENT & MARKETPLACE RULES (v1.0) 1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT By creating a vendor account and/or publishing a store on VarsityAlly Market you agree to this Vendor Agreement, the Marketplace Rules, the Commission Agreement and the Settlement Policy. If you do not agree, do not sell on the platform. 2. YOUR STORE - Provide accurate store information (name, location, operating hours, contact details). - Keep product listings, prices and stock levels accurate and up to date. - Store branding, product images and descriptions remain your property; you grant VarsityAlly permission to display them while your store is active. 3. ORDERS & FULFILMENT - Honour every order you accept. - Prepare orders within your stated preparation times. - Maintain product quality and respond to customers professionally. 4. COMMISSION & SETTLEMENTS - Platform commission applies to sales as configured in the commission rules shown to you. - Circumventing platform payments or avoiding commission is prohibited. - Keep your banking details accurate and up to date; settlements are paid according to the Settlement Policy. 5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS You may not sell: illegal products, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, adult content or stolen goods. Additional restrictions may be configured by the platform. 6. CONDUCT - Do not manipulate reviews or misrepresent products. - Customer information may only be used for order fulfilment — never for marketing or any other purpose. - Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax obligations. 7. VERIFICATION & TRUST The platform may require verification documents (identity, banking, business registration). These are used only for verification and compliance and are never displayed publicly. 8. SUSPENSION & REMOVAL Stores may be suspended or removed for fraud, prohibited products, review manipulation, commission avoidance or other violations. Actions are recorded and may be appealed. 9. PRIVACY (POPIA) We process your business and personal information to operate the marketplace. Financial records are retained for the legally required period even after account closure. 10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT We may publish updated versions of this agreement. You may be required to accept the updated version to continue selling on the platform.
